Brookfield Primary School has achieved the Basic Skills Kite Mark and is an Investor in People. It is a health promoting school, an ECO school and a school that strongly supports an anti-bullying ethos. It has a school council who meet weekly to help improve the school, a buddy squad who support children at playtimes, and a house system.The school has a breakfast and after-school club for working parents, or parents who simply want their child to play with others in a safe environment. There is an active Friends of Brookfield group who support the school with fundraising activities. They also offer parent workshops and training for adults who wish to take more of a role in education, either personally or to help their children.
