Ordsall Hall School was established about 40 years ago and is set in 'beautiful parkland on the edge of the market town of Retford'. The Hall itself was an Edwardian country house which now serves as the school's sixth form centre. Retford Sports Centre is adjacent to the school and provides 'convienent access to many shared facilities'. The school provides a wide range of extra-curricular activities including sports, drama, music and a number of acedemic visits. 'The school has a strong record of caring for the success of the whole child, which is increasingly linking to the quest for academic success'.
